The company was founded by Ambassador Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir, OFR, a seasoned diplomat and protocol expert with decades of distinguished service in the Nigerian Foreign Service.
Ambassador Bashir joined the Nigerian Foreign Service on 1st July 1989 and rose successfully to the rank of Special Grade (Director). He retired as a substantive Director and Ambassador in March 2022 after an illustrious career.
He is a recipient of the National Honour Award (Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic – OFR), conferred on 11th December 1987.
In the course of his diplomatic career, Ambassador Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir received several prestigious international awards, including:

Beyond his diplomatic postings, Ambassador Bashir served as a Protocol Officer at the highest political levels, including his role as:

Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Ikeja, Lagos
In recognition of his diligence and exceptional service, he was commended as the Outstanding Face of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2017 by the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs.
In 2026, Ambassador Ibrahim Mohammed Bashir obtained a Diploma Certificate as an International Protocol Manager from the prestigious Protocol School of Washington, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
He also served as the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Buea, Cameroon, from 2018 to 2021.
